Protect your skin from sun damage
It is also a good idea to use a high SPF sunscreen on your face year-round to prevent sun damage and signs of aging. Exposure to UV rays can make skin look dry, wrinkled, loose and dull as it accelerates the skin's aging process. Even more dangerous, it can cause changes in skin cells and lead to skin cancer.
Everyone should take care of their skin in the sun. You should be especially careful if you are pale, have freckles or red hair, are prone to burns, have many moles, or have a family history of skin cancer.
Some sun exposure is important for the body to make vitamin D, but you should make sure your skin is exposed to the sun safely by covering up, staying in the shade, and making sure to use sunscreen throughout the day.
